Ingredients:

  • 8 oz low-fat cream cheese, chilled
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 24 mini pretzel sticks
  • 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 24 dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, blend the chilled low-fat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, and salt until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  2. Shape the cheese mixture into a tight rectangle approximately 1 inch thick on parchment paper and freeze for 5 minutes to firm up.
  3. Using a chef's knife, slice the chilled cheese rectangle into 24 equal-sized triangles with a base of 1 inch and a height of 2 inches.
  4. Place each cheese triangle on a serving platter and press a mini pretzel stick into the bottom center of each to create the trunk.
  5. Gently brush the surface of the cheese triangles with a small amount of olive oil, then press chopped parsley onto the sides until green.
  6. Top each tree with a single dried cranberry to serve as an ornament.
