Ingredients:

  • 5 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 4 oz plain goat cheese
  • 1/3 cup fig jam
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a 6-inch cast iron skillet or oven-safe ramekin, combine the Boursin and goat cheese, pressing them into an even layer with a rubber spatula.
  3. Spoon the fig jam over the center of the cheese and gently swirl it into the top layer to create ribbons of jam.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the edges are bubbling and just beginning to turn golden-brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with chopped pecans and fresh thyme leaves.
