Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 pinch (1g) sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp (5g) chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup (75g) fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 sliced (60g) medium banana
  • 1/4 cup (40g) diced apple
  • 1 tbsp (15g) hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp (5ml) raw honey

Instructions:

  1. Combine the rolled oats, almond milk, sea salt, and chia seeds in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5–7 minutes until the mixture is thickened and retains a slight bite.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and diced apple.
  5. Pour the creamy oats into a breakfast bowl.
  6. Arrange the sliced banana and blueberries on top in a crescent shape.
  7. Finish with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of hemp seeds.
