Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1.25 cups whole milk

Instructions:

  1. Place the 1 tsp vanilla extract into your 16 oz mason jar or a sturdy glass.
  2. Add 1.5 tbsp maple syrup and the 1 pinch sea salt directly into the vanilla.
  3. Stir the mixture vigorously for 10 seconds until the salt is completely dissolved and the liquid looks like clear gold.
  4. Pour in the 1.25 cups of cold whole milk.
  5. Secure the lid on your jar tightly.
  6. Shake the jar vigorously for 20 seconds until you hear the liquid sound thicker and see bubbles forming.
  7. Alternatively, if using a frother instead, submerge it just below the surface for 15 seconds until a light, velvety foam forms on top.
  8. Pour the mixture into a chilled glass immediately.
  9. Garnish with an optional dusting of cinnamon to enhance the woody aroma.
  10. Serve immediately while the foam is at its peak height.
