Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 6 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Heat the melted butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Sauté the diced fresh jalapeños and minced garlic for 3-5 minutes until they are softened and fragrant, but not browned. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the sour cream, shredded cheddar, and parmesan.
- Stir in the sautéed jalapeños, crumbled bacon, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until the color is uniform and the bacon is evenly distributed.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a 9-inch oven-safe baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the center is hot. Optionally, broil on high for 2-3 minutes until the top is golden-brown.
