Ingredients:
- 1 cup (120g) self-rising flour
- 1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp (3g) garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) salt
Instructions:
- Combine the self-rising flour, salt, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl.
- Fold in the Greek yogurt using a spatula and mix until a shaggy dough forms and no dry flour streaks remain; avoid overmixing to prevent the crust from becoming tough.
- Dust your surface with a pinch of flour and knead the dough for 30 seconds to smooth it out.
- Roll the dough into a circle roughly 1/4 inch thick, ensuring the edges are slightly thinner than the center.
- Transfer the base to parchment paper and par-bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (218°C) for 5 minutes until the crust sets.
- Add your desired toppings and bake for another 8–10 minutes until the edges are mahogany-colored and the cheese is bubbling.
