Ingredients:
- 3 cups (450g) fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp (30ml) maple syrup
Instructions:
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the green hulls. If using frozen strawberries, let them thaw for approximately 20 minutes.
- Combine the strawberries, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a blender. Pulse until the mixture is a vibrant, uniform red and smooth.
- Optional: Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the seeds for a professional, seedless finish.
- Divide the mixture evenly among 10 popsicle molds, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
- Insert the popsicle sticks. If the molds do not have lids, cover the top with aluminum foil and poke the sticks through the center to keep them upright.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
