Ingredients:
- 16 high-quality frozen fish sticks
- 2 grams cooking oil spray (avocado or olive oil)
- 3 cups shredded green or red cabbage
- 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
- 0.25 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
- 12 small corn tortillas
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange 16 frozen fish sticks in a single layer, spritz lightly with oil spray, and air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through until mahogany-colored and crispy.
- In a medium bowl, toss shredded cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Allow to sit for 10 minutes to soften. In a separate small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, Sriracha, garlic powder, and cumin until smooth.
- Warm 12 tortillas in a dry skillet over medium-high heat until charred spots appear and they become pliable.
- To assemble, place a spoonful of slaw on each tortilla, top with 1-2 fish sticks, an avocado slice, and a drizzle of the white sauce. Serve immediately.
