Ingredients:
- 8 High-quality buttery round crackers
- 2 tbsp Creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 pinch Flaky sea salt
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Vigorously whip with a fork for 30 seconds until the mixture is aerated and the color lightens slightly.
- Place 4 crackers face-down on a flat surface. Dollop approximately 1.5 teaspoons of the whipped peanut butter into the center of each cracker, avoiding the edges.
- Place the remaining 4 crackers on top and press down gently until the filling reaches just shy of the edges. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
