Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (245g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp fine sea salt
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Add the Greek yogurt and use a spatula to fold the yogurt into the flour until shaggy clumps form and no dry flour remains.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead by hand for 2–3 minutes until the moisture is evenly distributed and the dough is tacky but does not stick to your fingers.
- Stretch the dough into a 25 cm circle or rectangle.
- Brush the dough with 1 tsp olive oil until the surface glimmers.
- Bake at 200°C for 5 minutes for extra crispiness (Optional).
- Layer your sauce, cheese, and meats.
- Bake for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is blistered and golden.
