I'm Zoe! If you've seen a dessert trend on TikTok, I've probably tried to make it (and either nailed it or failed hilariously). I believe that life is too short to skip dessert, but I also live in a small apartment with a tiny oven, so I've mastered the art of small-batch baking and no-bake treats.

My Culinary Philosophy

• Portion Control (Kind of): I love "recipes for one" because sometimes you just need a single cookie, not three dozen.
• Shortcut Queen: Box mix hacks? Yes please. No-bake cheesecake? Absolutely. I'm all about working smarter, not harder.

My Background & Expertise

I started baking as a creative outlet during college finals week and never stopped. I'm obsessed with finding the easiest way to satisfy a sugar craving. My specialty is taking complicated bakery recipes and simplifying them for the average home kitchen. If it involves chocolate, caramel, or sprinkles, I'm in.
